In order to apply to a vacancy posted on TEN Jobs, you must
first register
as a user of TEN. After completing the registration, visit
the webpage of the vacancy you wish to apply to and log into
your user account by filling in your username and password
fields provided on the webpage. Once you have logged-in,
you will see instruction on how to apply, underneath the How
To Apply portion of the vacancy webpage.

The vacancies posted on TEN Jobs are posted by recruitment
agencies and companies.

4. Is TEN Jobs a recruitment agency?
TEN Jobs is not a recruitment agency and unfortuntely cant
accept resumes, as we have setup this website in order that recruitment
agencies and companies can post their vacancies in order to
provide visitors with a useful jobs resource.
5. I registered but didnt receive the verification email?
Visit this webpage
and type in the email address you used while registering and
a verification email will be sent again.
6. I tried to upload my CV, but I am having problems, what should I do?
TEN Jobs' system will only accept CVs as Microsoft Word or RTF [Rich Text Format] documents. You can create either of them in Microsoft
Word, OpenOffice Writer, Atlantis
Word Processor, or Wordpad. If you are having difficulties uploading an RTF document file, please open the file in any of the softwares
listed above and save the file as a Microsoft Word document. In Microsoft Word, this can be acheived by opening the file, clicking on
the File menu and then, Save As.... When the dialog box comes up, make sure that the Save as type drop-down menu
is set to Word Document (*.doc). (Wordpad on Windows XP doesnt support saving in Microsoft Word format).
7. When viewing my miniCV, I get an error when I try to view my uploaded CV?
If you click to view your uploaded CV in Internet Explorer, and pressed the Open button in the File Download dialog box, and received an error in Microsoft Windows saying This file could not be found, this error is caused by Internet Explorer. To solve this problem, click the Save button in the File Download dialog box, and after the file is saved to your computer, you will be able to open it successfully.
8. How do you add a photograph to an existing miniCV?
Click on the view link found underneath the miniCV that you wish to add the photograph to, and at the bottom of the webpage, you will find a section entitled Add Photograph where you will be able to attach a photograph to that miniCV.
