• Provide Hilti products & services to customers
• Achieve Sales objectives by building orders and selling range of products
• Where necessary; utilize a consultative selling approach to solve customer needs and requirements
• Develop new accounts/customers & identify new sales prospects & applications
• Comply with Sales Management Process
• Support the Finance Team in order to collect the customers' outstanding balance payments
• Comply Time and Territory Management based on customer platform
• Timely reportng to Sales Manager on daily call plan/report

Requirements:
• Technical background (Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Diploma)
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales related to construction business
• Ability to explain technical products to customers
• Provide added value and services to customers
• Proven track record of reaching targets/Key Performance Indicators
• Team Player; showing self-responsibility
• Strong communication skills; Arabic & English
• Arab origin and living in Kuwait with transferable # 18 Residency and Kuwait Driving License
