Job Responsibilities:
Overall Administrative responsibilities:
Administrative support role includes anticipating needs and taking appropriate action to effectively manage daily responsibilities.
Plan and schedule meetings, coordinate agendas, of a global nature utilizing in depth knowledge of scheduling software
Independently work on special projects as supervisor assigns them
Analyze data, compile and distribute reports.
Perform general office manager duties.
Serve as computer database manager for department.
Qualification : Bachelor Degree or 2 years diploma in Business Administration. |
