Provide a variety of administrative and secretarial duties, which are mostly repetitive in nature, work an own initiative, however subject to periodical auditing.Job duties & responsibilities: 1. Produce typed documents using PC. 2. Assist manager in organizing and conducting meeting, and prepare the Quarter Meeting Presentation for the Department. 3. Perform all data entry for the Engineers' Daily Sales Report' details, ensuring accuracy and time-lines on the SALES SYSTEM. 4. Open, screens, and distributes incoming mail and dispatches the out going mail. 5. Set up filling systems and maintain records. 6. Perform customers' calls, check customers' requirement and report any complain, or out of line situation to the manager. 7. Maintain proper and accurate files and records, and update the Customers data base after the sales engineer's field visits Research various topics using the Internet and / or any available resources. 8. Prepare presentation-using PowerPoint as assigned by manager. 9. Performs some telemarketing and telesales duties as assigned by manager
Job Qualifications
• University degree - Business Administration.
• Excellent command of the English language (reading & writing).
• French language is an added advantage.
• Professional user of MS-office, especially MS-Word and MS-Power point.
• Presentable and Professional looking.
• Experienced User of the Internet (email, search engine, etc). |
