Administration Assistant/Secretary

Key Responsibilities: Typical work tasks: general word processing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff. Specific responsibilities include:
• using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
• devising and maintaining office systems;
• booking rooms;
• arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
• invoicing;
• ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
• using shorthand and audio tapes or copy typing to produce letters;
• organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.*Working Hours: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Job Qualifications
Education: University Degree or High InstitutesQualifications: Relevant Secretarial Courses and application of Computer Skills. Age: From 20 to 25 Job related Experience: Fresh graduate - 3 years experience Driving License: Preferred Computer Skills: Advanced in MS Office, MS Projects, PowerPoint Language Skills: Candidates with Good Command of English will have priority
