Manage, support and maintenance of ERP systems. Mainly Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP 10) and Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS). (Modules include but not limited to Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, Financials, Retail Management System, CRM, and HRMS). -Involvement from project analysis to architecture, development, testing and finally handover. -Monitor performance of the applications; providing benchmarks and ongoing analysis. -Manage all types of required customozation. -Effectively manage strong working relationships with software publishers and vendors. -Serve as primary resource for I.T. support for ERP. -Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different managerial levels. -Continually seek research and recommend system enhancements, improvements and add-ons. -System replacements/update/modification should be considered as necessary. -Manage projects related to ERP and system development. -Excellent understanding with business process and implement the application accordingly. -Responds to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manor. -Responsible for ensuring that any further applications to be implemented meeting the business requirements and in budget. -Ensures software integrity between objects on production machine and test machine. -Manages all issues related to application documentation

Skills
Qualifications : -experience in application development, deployment and post deployment support. -Experience in ERP environment; at least last 2 years in MS Dynamics ERP environment, preferable in MS Dynamics GP 10 and RMS. -Candidate should have strong technical skills and good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics (GP 10 and RMS) to lead required support from a technical and functional perspective. -Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD): Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 is preferable and 2005 is acceptable. -MCBMS Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus; (one or more of modules mentioned above in job description). -Experience through at least (2) full project lifecycles; with at least (1) large project implementation. -Strong technical background on MS technologies/trends. -Knowledge SharePoint is a big plus. -Knowledge of multiple IT environments of business applications and operating systems is a plus. -PMP certification is a plus. -ITIL working knowledge is a plus
