On behalf of a client who is a leading Retail / FMCG company we are looking for an Arabic speaking Retail Training Manager.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain the professional learning, training & development policy and procedures of the organization (retail).
• Design, develop, and maintain the framework to govern all professional learning, training and development initiatives in the retail business.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide training initiatives in response to company-wide development issues.
• Enhance employee job performance and satisfaction levels through addressing the training, development and performance needs of ISSCO workforce.
• Manage budget for Training and Development initiatives of around 1M USD annually.
• The job holder will be a common resource to assist in the development of robust learning and development system in the company.
Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Personnel Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or Personnel Administration.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic Languages, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years solid training and development experience in the field of Retail Operations. |
