The incumbent ensures that all production equipment and utilities are maintained and operate at optimum efficiency.
He also supervises and trains technical staff, and liaises with production, logistics, administration and other functional groups.
Processing equipment reliability is paramount, therefore routine and planned maintenance programs need to be constantly adhered to with an aim of continuous quality improvement.
You will assist in preparing data for the annual maintenance budget and capital projects and contribute to purchasing of spares and services within budget levels.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualified in the Dairy or FMCG fields, with fluent English and preferably working knowledge of Arabic, be committed to continuous quality improvement, high levels of safety awareness and food hygiene standards. |
