Backed by three large Saudi Industrial conglomerates, this highly regarded utilities and infrastructure provider are seeking an individual to lead the documentation and implementation of business and financial controls. As one of the largest Energy and Infrastructure providers in the Middle East, their utilities support the majority of Saudi's population and they are expanding to other countries in the Middle East. They are looking to undertake an Initial Public offering in the next 18 months
Requirements:
Reporting to the Director of Accounting you will be responsible for documenting the existing controls at the group level and implement best practice controls across the seven assets. Up scaling the controls to adhere to SOX 404, US GAAP and IFRS standards across the Dubai, Riyadh and China sites will be the majority of this role, thereafter focusing at the asset level.
Coming from a big four audit background, you will be a qualified chartered accountant. You will ideally be in an internal audit department of a large business with exposure to Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation and reporting. Industry exposure to Infrastructure, Energy, Manufacturing or consumer products will stand you well. You will be proactive, a self starter and hungry to achieve in this rapidly growing company.
