Job Purpose:
To lead the identification, training, development, and improvement of a Business Process Management solution that will contribute to increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance level of the process established in the Technology Organization
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Define the scope of BPM implementation
• Develop proper documentation for implementing processes in BPM
• Develop the process model in BPM
• Run simulation trials and provide pre-launch statistical reports
• Implement system development to automate the process
• Provide training to employees to manage the transition from manual to automated process flow
• Analyze process performance and implement improvements
• Maintain an updated repository for all process versions
• Plan and prioritize implementation phases of processes
• Provide management with process-related KPI reports
• Responsible for all related vendor management activities
• Responsible for all related coordination activities with the IT Department
• Contribute to process development
• Contribute to process auditing
• Contribute to process optimization
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Responsible to supervise a team of local employees
Requirements:
Skills & Capabilities:
• Strong understanding and experience in BPM
• Strong understanding and experience in process development
• A good background in IT
• A strong level of understanding of the GSM Operator
• Proven ability to simplify complex business rules, processes and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to make prioritization decisions based on corporate values and strategic imperatives
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially in the English language
• Outstanding reporting skills
• Detailed-oriented but global way of thinking
• Good training and presentation skills
Training:
• Training & certificate in ISO QMS is a plus
Experience:
• 2+ year in process development for a telecom operator, 1+ year in BPM |
