Preparation and development of cakes, other product and employee skills in the bakery with the assisting in bakery preparation ensuring the standard quality of bakery products.
Communicate on production issues.
Control to all employee and conversation on daily production issue.
Key Tasks
Accept over all responsibility for production.
Production of all types of cakes according to order and production plan.
Assisting in the preparation of bakery products.
Assist in ensuring that the departmental cost targets are met.
Skills
-Good Command of English, Arabic is a plus
