My client, a leading UAE based bank are urgently seeking a seasoned branch manager for there busy operation. The successful candidate will effectively run the day-to-day operation of the branch by building a highly developed and motivated professional Sales & Service culture in both cash area, services and relationship towards achieving financial and non-financial targets assigned, maintaining service level standards & agreements, ensuring adequate compliance to guidelines and procedures & managing internal and external customer expectations in line with the banks overall Vision & Mission.
The successful candidate must posses strong leadership and people management skills, sales target achievements, Audit and compliances skills and proven experience managing a fast paced branch.
At least 5 years post graduate within the banking industry.
