Analyzes current and past budgets, prepares and justifies budget requests, and allocates funds according to spending priorities .Analyzes accounting records to determine financial resources required to implement program and submits recommendations for budget allocations. Recommends approval or disapproval of requests for funds. Advises staff on cost analysis and fiscal allocations.
Other Key Responsibilities:
• Executing employee bargaining agreements
• Advising clients on financial matters
• Maintaining budgeting data bases
• Developing company budgets
• Compiling data for financial reports
• Making revenue forecasts
• Consulting with managerial personnel
• Monitor and track capital asset
• Assist controller in month and closing the books
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in one of many areas, including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Political Science, Master degree or CPA is preferred
• 2- 5 years in related field
Computer:
• Proficiency with PC including Excel, Word, Org Plus, Pagemaker and other various application software. |
