They are now looking for an experienced Business Optimization Advisor to join the Company.

The Roles

The successful candidate will have a number of key responsibilities and tasks within the Continuous Improvement Department, including:
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement practices and processes related to the Sub-Surface Group's business enhancement effort.
• Reviewing current business enhancement practices and processes in the Sub-Surface Group's departments to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
• Assist with the overall initiatives including: managing changes to systems, methods, procedures and strategic management to help identify, implement and manage continuous improvement business enhancement initiatives within the Sub-Surface Group.
• The focus is on improving current business practices and processes.
• Participate proactively within the business enhancement section and the Continuous Improvement Department to deliberate and discuss strategies and options to enhance current business practices and processes; with the objective of enriching and complementing various departments of the Sub-Surface Group
• Developing business practices and process benchmarks to ascertain the Sub-Surface Group's relative performance worldwide.

Requirements:
The Candidates

All candidates will require an appropriate Bachelors degree in engineering from a recognised university, together with a minimum of 15 diversified and multi-disciplinary industry experience spanning business administration, work flow processes evaluation, continuous improvement practices, quality management, and project management. High level of business process experience through previous experience. Some understanding of offshore development and subsurface operations.
