Due to dramatic recent growth in it development pipeline this high profile Global real estate investment conglomerate is now looking to hire an experienced Analyst to joins its rapidly expanding Business Planning team in Doha, Qatar.

Working closely with senior management you will ultimately be responsible for the production of detailed business plans in relation to individual 'Mega' projects, identifying value creation opportunities and enhancing overall investment performance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3yrs previous experience in an analytical role gained within a top tier investment bank or consultancy firm. Exposure to the real estate or infrastructure sectors is preferred however candidates with strong commercial finance backgrounds in relevant industries will also be considered. A genuine interest and commitment to real estate or infrastructure development/ investment in the Middle East is a prerequisite.
