Due to a period of unprecedented growth, this global real estate investment and development conglomerate is now looking to hire an experienced business planning manager to be based in Doha.

Reporting directly into the Director of Business Planning you will play a pivotal role in providing detailed due diligence as well as in-depth business planning, strategy and feasibility analysis in relation to individual developments and projects ensuring value maximization of investments. You will have complete ownership of financial models and analysis and will work very closely with senior management to help them drive their individual businesses.

The successful candidate will be a proven team leader with have at least 5yrs previous real estate experience either gained within a top tier investment bank, real estate asset management or advisory firm. He or she will have advanced financial/ project modeling skills and must be able to offer advise as well as influence at the most senior of levels. An MBA is desirable however MRICS qualified individuals with strong commercial finance backgrounds will also be considered.
