Job Qualifications
JOB DETAILS:
• Participating in setting the company vision, mission and long and short terms strategic direction
• Participate in suggesting the expansion plans of the business and recommending actions to ensure long term organizational and financial effectiveness
• Establish control function and approval procedures and performance reports, P&L's, making needed decision in addition to achieving company's financial objectives
• Recruit and strengthen finance team in KSA and Egypt
• Build a treasury and credit management function
• Establish strategic relationships with banks and ensure compliance with covenants
• Review accounting structures, management accounts and allocation keys
• Coordinate budgeting, business planning and performance measurement efforts
• Lead M&A evaluations and undertakings
• Follow-up on capacity expansion project in Egypt
• Supervise and strengthen the IT function
• Roll-out a new ERP or appropriate replacement system
• Roll-out with operations a total-cost manufacturing process and system
• Roll-out a sales / inventory management system for retail storesESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Industry Experience:MNC's, Fashion companies/ manufacturing, Gold/ JewelryPreferably worked in a large-scale multi-nationality based business.
• Location Experience: Middle East + North Africa + Far East
• Total Experience: 15-20 years including at least 4 years as a CFO
• Education: CIMA, CA, ACCA, CPAClass ranking in a reputable MBA or MS in finance / accounting
