A well run Holding Company in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit a Chief Human Resource Officer to manage their Group HR Strategy.
The successful candidate will manage a small team of HR staff under the Corporate banner and will also have a dotted managerial line to HR Directors in each of their business lines.
The CHRO will work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve an HR Centre of Excellence and will advise on all new policies as well as conducting an independent review of current procedures.
Requirements:
It is essential that the candidate has strong change management experience and previous experience of working for a family business is also preferred.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
An MBA is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in HR with no less than 10 in a managerial capacity.
Your previous role must have been the number one position in HR.
