• To be part of a dedicated team providing a exceptional service to Asset Management Clients.
• To complete relevant documentation to assess query/problem/enquiry
• To keep efficient and detailed logs of all enquiries in and out for analysis.
• To input request details to IT system and ensure allocated to the correct department or individual to ensure prompt response to client.
• To meet high service standards with all current clients, both Institutional and Private Clients.
• To take ownership of queries through to satisfaction.
• To maintain records of clients and provide timely activity reports to management.
• To liaise with Sales/Operations and all internal clients to ensure full record keeping and efficient communication.
• To meet all assigned targets on Client Retention/New accounts and growth in Assets Under Management (AUMs).
• To proactively solicit feedback on Service standards and product range, directly from clients by telephone/email and letter.
• Sales Support - Identify new business opportunities and promptly direct these to the Head of Sales.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or a financial services, client service, sales or marketing support role providing a good working knowledge of the investment industry.
• Basic technical understanding of asset management techniques across asset classes, market drivers and economics fundamentals, ideally based upon financial graduate or post-graduate qualifications.
• A good understanding of the regulatory and compliance backdrop, as well as industry and commercial issues.
• Good writing skills and a high standard of numeracy with appreciation of need for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keen, assertive, resilient, articulate, team player capable of building an extensive internal network of working relationships. |
