Manage and train the collection team to solve ongoing problems.directly handel 90+days past due clints .
liaison with legal counsel on repossessions /foreclosures and other legal matters . manage and schedule outside field collection .
50% manage collectors efforts and results (calls per collector , accounts delinguent and cured ,promises to pay , etc)
20% train collectors and assist in problem account resolution .
20%contact and cure 90+DPD customer
10% coordinate legal items related to collections and other servicing accounts
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in the collection /customer care field preferaby in financial /banking business.
fluency in arabic and english strongly preferred .
Education :BA or Diploma
