We are representing a major international company and they require an assistant manager for their in house legal function to manage a team of executives in collections and debt recovery. The successful candidate is likely to originate from a company which sells to their clients on credit, such as banks, consumer loan providers - ie: a company where there is lots of credit and then legal collections later on. The company will consider candidates who are formally legally qualified but who demonstrate credit collection experience or at least briefly legal collection.
