POSITION OVERVIEW:

Manages the commercial aspects of a portfolio of infrastructure projects for a unique development with an annual turnover of approximately AED 3 billion. The incumbent applies experience and increasing proficiency in the use of contract administration principles and practices. Manages a section of approximately 18 Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements:
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 5 to 10 years of commercial management experience is required.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices and contract administration principles, as well as contract negotiations. Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with commercial management.
