The Company

Our client is one of the UK's leading support services and construction companies, employing around 50,000 people. With annual revenue of around 5bn (Sterling) and operations across Britain, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, North Africa and Caribbean.

This company is a Multi National and Multi Cultural organisation with strong best practice principles and absolute commitment to safety and quality.

The Project

Funding has been obtained from the UK for this scheme and it is now underway. With a scope of works approximately 170M (c1Bn AED) in value.

This is a Major Mixed Use scheme with substantial Infrastructure and Building works.

Work includes roads, district cooling, gas, electric & water supply, sub stations, sewerage system, major hard and soft landscaping and 3 x 10 storey builds (Commercial / Resi / retail).

The position
Commercial Manager

Reporting to the Commercial Director
Major Project Experience essential in Mixed Use schemes in the Middle East.
Substantial Infrastructure experience essential.
Experience working with a structured, established Main Contractor.
Proven ability to manage a Multi National Commercial Team.

MRICS Qualification preferred but not essential.
Continuity of employment and stable work history is essential.
