Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop business plan for the company;
• Researching for new clients and maintaining existing commercial relationship with the account holder;
• Initiates and coordinates development for the company plans to explore clients, materials and resources;
• Create and conduct proposal presentation for new clients;
• Assisting the General Manager in presenting, conducting proposals and will be able to plan for new marketing strategies and techniques to meet the client's needs;
• Adhere company policies, procedure, business ethics and ensuring proper communication to the new /existing clients in respect of quality service maintenance;
• Provide continuous control, review and follow up of commercial operations to ensure clients and company objective are attained, changes are coordinated and problem resolved;
• Maintain responsibility such as leading, managing complex proposal and developing strategic performance for the Company to have more competitive progress in the Market.
Skills
• Young, dynamic Arab National (Bilingual)
• 3-5 Years Experience in line with Insurance and Automobile Industry
(Hands on Experience with Commercial Department in UAE will be an advantage)
• Ability to pursue new business opportunities and Clients
• Knowledge of customer Relation Management |
