Job Qualifications
About You: You will have held at least a mid-level surveying role in construction and ideally have had exposure to scaffolding, but not necessarily specialise in it. Your interests will be in a highly commercial approach to processes, systems and continuous improvement to automate and therefore accelerate as much of your work as possible but your career will be based on sound fundamental skills in an engineering environment. You need to communicate to engineers in operations and clients as necessary in a way that not only provides the information they need but builds and improves relationships to enhance operational and sales outcomes.To be seriously considered for one of these roles, you should have a relevant engineering degree or an equivalent formal qualification from a recognised institution.
