Our client is looking for a Rewards & Performance Specialist to support the businesses and work closely with the Human Resources team to drive the Compensation and Benefits strategy. Reporting to the Group HR Director you will be responsible for working directly with HR and the business in order to Design and manage the organization's salary structure and compensation policy to ensure competitiveness and relevance to the organization's needs and to retain talent. This is regarded as an internal consultant role and it will be down to you to look at the strategy of the compensation process in relation to the business, advising on stock, bonus and base salary issues.

Requirements:
You will possess a minimum of 3-5 years direct & extensive experience in compensation & benefits and be able to demonstrate experience in implementing compensation & benefits programs and solutions in the Middle East Region. One essential skill set would be hands on job evaluation using methods such as Hay.
You must be a strong communicator and possess the capability to deal with ambiguity. You will have Strong analytical skills along with good writing and presentation skills.
