Activities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in developing the Corporate Compliance Plan.
• Review and ensure compliance with the Rules of the regulators and company.
• Act as a liaison between the regulators and the company.
• Perform internal audit for the company to ensure compliance with the regulation.
• Responsible for hosting/ preparation for the inspections.
• Respond to alleged violations of regulations, policies, procedures and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
• Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agency as appropriate or required.
• Daily email and Instant message surveillance.
• Maintain and update Written Procedures.
• Monitor the performance of the Compliance KPI and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
• Conduct an annual products review
• Handling all the customer complaint.
• Handling the product recall.

Skills
• From 0 -2 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to prioritize task
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work effectively on a team.

Education: University Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
