• Control Workshop Man power
• Ensures customers awareness of all products and services available
• Handling the in process jobs and distribute the work on the manpower
• Communicate with the Service reception, proving the reports and information need for the work in process
• Notifies customers when necessary of the completion of work, delay or if any cost to be added on extra jobs
• Initiates job documentation and maintain up to date customer records and follow-ups
• Making on job training for the technicians
• Interfere with technician for the technical jobs
• Reporting to workshop Manager
• Follow up and confirming the standard procedures of repair as per supplier standard
• Control the team leader activities
• Making final inspection reports for the machine repaired ( quality control )
• Control field job.
• Confirming safety rules inside Workshop
• Confirming the availability of Workshop facilities
• Develop new customer base to enlarge maintenance contracts for IT hard wares, networking, communication projects etc.
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of Computer Engineering/Science or other related courses
• Preferably MCSE and CCNA .
• Should have at least 2 years supervisory experience
• The person should have proven sales skills and analytical ability
• Self motivated with attention to detail and desire to implement best practices
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills |
