Construction Director required for a Specialist Fit Out Contractor on High Quality Projects.

Reporting directly to the country Managing Director, he/she will have extensive operational fit-out experience (not build experience) delivering projects up to the value of 25m. This candidate will be seen as bringing valued experience to a small but growing team as the operation continues to grow in the region.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be from a specialist fit out background, be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate solid experiences of managing and growing a Fit Out business in the UAE.

Requirements:
• Applicants can be either degree qualified or trades background with a later qualification.
• Previous Fit Out track record in the Middle East a distinct advantage.
• Previous Senior Management (Operational Contractual and Commercial) in a similar environment also a distinct advantage.
• Drive energy and success motivated essential.
