• Financial Services experience, several years spent in Customer Services.
• Previous experience with Contact Centre implementation projects in a business role.
• Implementation experience of IVR, Call Monitoring, PBX, Predictive Dialler, CTI, Analytics, Workforce Scheduling.
• Business requirements specification experience, business analysis experience essential.
• Business project management experience, sound track record in managing the implementation of Contact Centres on time and within budget; Contact Centre migration experience essential.
• Experienced with UAT of Contact Centre implementations.
