Our client is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for their busy Contracts department which is based at their Head Office location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Job Purpose
This is an opportunity to join an expanding Oil Company with the requisite demands, benefits and challenges this situation provides.
The incumbent is required to have experience with all pre-contract activities for well engineering services tenders and/or offshore platform and jacket tenders. The activities should include preparation and presentation of all documentation necessary to acquire Tender Board approvals. Experience of tender preparation for projects in the Caspian Sea would be an advantage. The position requires the incumbent to be adaptable to a varied and dynamic work environment and manage several tenders concurrently.
Carry out a variety of duties related to tendering and contracts for provision of required services, materials supply and sale in a cost effective manner. Contribute in prequalification of Contractor's services and Supplier's materials and products to international standards.
Requirements:

2. Prequalification of Services Suppliers and Materials
Required experience, knowledge and skills
• B. Sc. in a Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Business discipline.
• 10 years experience in tendering and contracts preparation and administration within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Competency with use of MS applications
