A leading International Consultancy currently requires a Corporate Trainer / Learning and Development advisor.
Duties:
• Project manage all Training activities for the ME region
• Full Training needs analysis
• Delivery of Training plans and behavioural skills Training Sessions
• Provide full administrative training service from booking trainers, venues, sending pre-joining information to evaluating the effectiveness of the training
Requirements:
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years Learning and Development experience at Advisory level
• Gulf or UAE Experience is an advantage
• Construction industry experience preferable
• The role requires the job holder to be fully mobile within the ME Region
