• Oversee the operation in Saudi, driving operational excellence;
• Be the primary interface with the client;
• Keep strong control on all financial aspects of the operation in Saudi;
• Ensure operational and QHSE vigilence.
Requirements:
• Significant operational and leadership experience in the drilling industry, preferably at Operations Manager or Country Manager level
• Prior experience with Saudi Aramco would be highly regarded, but at a minimum the successful candidate needs to have worked in the Middle East
• Experience in finance management, given the strong requirement to keep a tight rein on costs
• Contract management experience
• Fluency in English is critical but Arabic language skills would be an advantage
