My client a leading UAE based bank are urgently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join there team. You will effectively lead & manage a team of customer service and relationship officers towards achieving financial and non-financial targets assigned, maintaining service level standards & agreements, ensuring adequate compliance to guidelines and procedures & managing internal and external customer expectations in line with the banks overall Vision & Mission. He/she will lead, motivate and build a dynamic team of highly developed customer service and relationship officers and build team awareness of the bank's knowledge, banks services and products. Strong leadership, sales achievements, Internal and external customer satisfaction and a Audit and compliance background is a must. At least four years experience within the same position is essential.
