Customer Service and Logistocs Coordinator
One of the Leading Water Treatment and Process Improvement Companies | Reference No. - KP645-01

A multinational company in Pakistan is looking for a Customer Services & Logistics Coordinator to direct and co-ordinate the customer service and logistics functions in a cost effective manner whilst ensuring that customer expectation on quality and timing are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Processes customer order.
2. Issues proforma invoices as requested by the sales personnel.
3. Act as the prime interface with customers in issues related to Customer Service and Logistics operations.
4. Manages the following operations within the CS department: order receipt, customer communication, order processing, order scheduling and fulfilment, export document preparation, invoicing, importation of products into Pakistan.
5. Maintains highest Ethical and Environmental, Health & Safety standards
6. Manages adequate inventory levels to a minimum level at the warehouses under control without jeopardizing any forecasted sales or customer demand.
7. Manages the Warehousing operation by complying with legal and corporate requirements.
8. Stay abreast of all import and export regulatory requirements.
9. Assists customer personnel, sales, marketing and purchasing to resolve supply chain issues. Includes direct dialogue with the customer.
10. Makes sure that all sales offers and contracts are adequately reviewed prior to commitment to ensure that these lie within the company's capabilities.
11. Makes sure that all sales and CS-L reporting is done at time.
12. Issues on-time key measurement reports to track and measure the effectiveness of the department operations.
13. Makes sure that all transactions are adequately and timely recorded so as financial results mirror the operation.
14. Manage an active product ageing report to ensure that Risk Inventory is under control. Draws an action plan for the sales, relocation or disposal of products that are no longer on active list.
15. Initiates the programs in CS- Logistics and Warehouse Operations for continuous improvement.
16. Alerts the relevant sales personnel if the movement of any grade is significantly different from forecasted or historical data. Takes corrective measurements after discussing with the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements:
The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related topic
• English language fluency is a must. Needs to be a good communicator
• Driven
• Motivated
• Self-starter
