Inventory
Generate discrepancy reports JDE versus system/physical stock in Agility and investigate discrepancies. Report discrepancies to the DSP Manager and make agreed adjustments to stock in the system.
Maintain stock expiry/batch data, reconcile with Agility expiry/batch data and generate expiry report. Amend expiry data as per instructions from DS Planner.
Participate in new project meetings sharing SKU level information with the brand/DS planner.
Review ageing, out of stock, over stock, reports for the brand. Analyse the data in the reports and recommend actions agreed with DSP Manager to the brand e.g. destruction, usage plans etc
Communicate urgent shipments to the Logistics Executive in order to ensure priority handling at put away stage

Supply
Follow up with the plants prior to shipping to ensure timely supply for new launches and report deviations from the plan to the DS Planner
Monitor the Inbound Tracker after shipping and advise the DS Planner/brand of any deviations to timing

Data
Maintain the master data, including entering new codes and making old codes inactive
Enter cost price into JDE

Forecast
Generate forecasting reports

2 years of relevant experience preferably in a related industry

Educational background
School level education or equivalent professional qualification; excellent Excel skills
