We are seeking a Digital Advertising Traffic and Operations Manager to join our experienced team. This position is ideal for someone looking to join at the very inception a dynamic business unit that is part of a large organization. You will have to form your own team, that is able to deliver world class digital advertising services. If you have a natural flair for digital technologies and experience in digital, online marketing, and have a solid working experience in a Media or Advertising agency this is the role for you!
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Trafficking: Includes; setting up & trafficking online/mobile ad campaigns, including forecasting, planning, developing, and organizing the advertising network inventory.
2. Campaign Implementation With your team, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible advertising and user experience to clients and audience through campaign implementation, such as order insertion, targeting & new rich media formats across all sites, setting up, testing & validating ads.
3. Monitoring - Monitoring and troubleshooting issues that may occur while the campaigns are in progress, and communication with internal departments and teams directly, as it pertains to receiving/testing online advertising assets.
4. Billing, Reporting & Optimisation: This optimization work will be reflected in the high quality campaign reporting you will be required to provide to clients (advertisers and agencies) including performance summary and optimization recommendations based on creative.
5. Data mining: You will be responsible for collecting, managing and analyze all network sites stats, and user profiling data, to explore opportunities for new advertising opportunities across our network.
6. Innovation and new technologies- You are expected to stay up to date with new advertising technologies, and always present new creative and case studies.
Skills
• BA in Computer science, MIS, Marketing or equivalent from a reputed university
• For this challenging role in digital advertising the ideal candidate will have worked in digital media ad operations for a minimum of 2 years, preferably with online trafficking, inventory, and ad-serving systems
• You will have a proven track record in working with the relevant technologies either within a media agency or publisher.
• Knowledge of ad serving systems to test, schedule, traffic & report on OLA campaigns. Familiar with HTML, Flash and Javascript, You will have experience of campaign management / ad-serving technologies.
• Experience with Excel , numerate and analytical
• You possess great attention to detail and have a proven ability to learn new technical systems quickly
• You will be possessing leadership skills to manage your team, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and work under pressure. |
