Reporting to :Vice President- Construction

Director - Construction Proposals & Estimates will be responsible for the following:
• Provide leadership and guidance to Construction, estimating & proposals team.
• Assign qualified personnel to each proposal who will serve as the focal point for generation of the construction estimates and proposals documents.
• Recruitment, development, coaching & mentoring of members.
• Development and Management of a robust historical database of wage rates, installation unit rates and subcontractor performance by country and region.
• Develop standardized approach to the generation of proposals and estimates.
• Receive and file historical reports received from project during the project close-out phase and refresh the historical database with data gathering from historical reports.
• Working in cooperation with the construction support services group, generate a temporary facilities plan ( camp , offices , warehousing , etc) and estimate the requirements for construction equipment , scaffolding and special logistics arrangements .

Requirements:
Required criteria
• 15 years experience in oil and gas industry
• 15 years working for international E&C company
• 5 years experience in Construction Estimating and Proposals
• Excellent leadership and communicational skill

Preference with be given to candidates who meet the following criteria
• Experience in the Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle East, and / or North Africa
• Construction engineering, supervision, and / or management experience
