Our client, a dynamic and forward thinking organization based in Doha, Qatar is looking for a Director of Service Delivery to help grow the business and service its key clients and partners. We are specifically looking for an experienced Director who has led large teams (up to 500 people) and who has extensive experience in the Middle East (Arabic speaking is essential). As the Service Delivery Director you will have overall responsibility for the Architecture of the service platform, management of the team, interaction with key customers and clients and be in charge of a significant operating budget (c$80m). Essential requirements for this role include:

Experience within the Middle East
12 years in IT services
Extensive experience in leading multiple technical teams
Arabic speaking
Experience with ITIL, CMMI, Zachman and The Uptime Institute
