-Act as a strategic partner in Leading and managing Egypt Corporate Affairs function and ensure issuance of accurate, reliable contracts for all company transactions to ensure that the organization is achieving its Annual Operating Plan within legal framework.
• Draft & Review material contracts and manage legal team in term of reviewing and finalizing other contracts
• Initiate all corporate secretarial work of 5 entities in Egypt in compliance with local regulations and ensure its implementation on time
• Implement company's policies related to corporate work and provide support to all other functions in relation to documentation required for the implementation of PepsiCo International policies and processes
• Lead and Manage Egypt Corporate Affairs Team to have a bench in the legal department
• Ensure the accurate, reliable and timely issuance of contracts in accordance with company policies and all local statutory requirements.
• Liaise with Regional legal function for contract approvals to ensure compliance with Schedule of authorities.
• Prepare business activity reports as required by Regional legal function on monthly basis
• Act as liaison across all functions to ensure providing high level of quality to the functions while maintaining company rights.
• Manage, document and record all all management and board changes in company corporate documents in addition to all new Distribution Centers, branches, etc.. to ensure the accuracy of the legal position of the organization
• Ensure all local corporate transactions are executed in accordance with local laws and PepsiCo International policies to avoid
exposing the organization to a legal risk

Skills
-Bachelor of Law, Master's Law is a plus
• At least 8 years experience in Corporate law
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Very Good command of computer skills
• High integrity and business ethics
• Excellent knowledge of local statutory laws and Corporate regulations
Experience in corporate compliance regulations
