The Cleint: My client is a well known architectural firm with more than 50 years of experience behind them. They provide services tom both public and private sector companies in the fireld of design, planning and engineering. Roes and Responsibilities: Prepare conceptual designs based on TOR in line with good engineering practice and collection of data for further design development. Coordinate with local authorities for existing services/ uitilities and establish space requirements for electrical services/ systems. Coordinate with other architectural/ engineering disciplines during all stages of design. §Prepare preliminary design drawings for electrical services/systems along with preliminary calculations, schematic diagram etc. Prepare detailed designs of various electrical systems in compliance to local authorities regulations and international standards. Update specifications with optimal value engineering and satisfactory quality products. Prepare design back up documentation for submission, which includes design calculation, criteria for product selection, schedule of points, luminaires data sheets, panels, and bill of quantities. Submit design drawings to authorities and follow up until approval is granted. Arrange documentation for issue for tendering. Provide Site supervision if required. The Candidate: Must be degree qualified ideally a BSc oe BENG Must have 6 - 10 years of experience. Middle East experience is must Preference given to Indian Nationality Etap software is an advantage Should have worked for a well known consulting form.
