Required Competencies:
• Site investigation, preliminary studies, planning and implementation;
• Preparation of tender documents, contract procedures, technical specification, evaluation of bids and preparation of BOQ;
• Design & review of OHL systems, investigation & review of layout of OHL drawings, circuit diagrams;
• Preliminary and final design, witnessing of factory testing, insulation and fittings;
• Route selection, gather environmental data, basic data determination;
• In-depth knowledge on towers, foundations;
• Procedures of Site constructions;
• Site visits to assure design implementation;
• Testing and commissioning;
• Optional: (advantage)
• ISO 9000 and QA/QC procedure;
• Knowledge on site safety and procedures.

Requirements:
Requirements

Bachelor of Electrical Engineer (University, High School degree)

Minimum 10 years experience in the energy sector and particularly, in the Power Transmission and Distribution with minimum 3-5 years experience as Consultant engineer or similar. Experience in installation, supervision and commissioning will be an advantage

Requested Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera;
Working awareness of Autocad
Familiarisation with IEC, ANSI and IEEE standards

Language:
Arabic
English speaking, writing and reading required.
