Shall have a minimum 3 years work experience in satellite TV networks, CATV, SMATV, TVRO, antennas, Head-end equipment, broadband distribution and indoor distribution sub-systems.

Shall be proficient in the proper maintenance and operation of FM broadcast systems including transmit antennas, broadcast transmitters and program feed equipment.

Proficient in the use of multi-meters and in-line watt-meters to troubleshoot transmission lines.

Proficient in the use of spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.

Shall have a minimum of four (4) years driving experience and must posses a valid Saudi Arabian driving License or equivalent acceptable by the Saudi Government for conversion into a Saudi Arabian driving license.

OTHERS: must have thorough knowledge in service order processing, helpdesk and trouble tickets in remedy and dispatch to technicians in the field.

ELECTORNICS (service order processor)
Receive, track and complete communication service request for cable TV services (program, additions and deletions, system expansion), satellite TV system (system installations), and FM broadcast services (expansion and/or upgrades.)

Track cable TV trouble tickets in remedy or equivalent system and dispatch to technicians in the field. Trouble ticket systems used for tracking request for service (IT trouble tickets) to investigate, repair, fix, re-configure and/or return to services; equipment, hardware and/or software.

Coordinate with customers and residential services to ensure technician access to residences for cable TV trouble tickets. Also coordinate issuing of service orders for outside plant work related to cable TV infrastructure.

Perform weekly update of satellite TV, cable TV program changes and distribute to technicians and residential service offices.

Maintain and update all systems pertaining to cable TV systems, FM program list, and cable TV database.

Coordinate with media facilities to update radio data system information messages for all FM broadcast transmitters.

Requirements:
2 years Diploma in Electronics or equivalent and shall have had formal Electronics Training. Shall be proficient in written and spoken English.
OR
2 years Diploma in Electronics with minimum 5 years experience in provision and administration of computer and communication services and associated office administration and office related activities and 3 years experience in maintenance, network and broadcast system operation. Shall be proficient in written and spoken English.
