The purpose of this role is to maintain and lift creative standards/output of teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• To produce cutting-edge copy
• Produce award-winning ideas, which transform clients' business
• Write for multiple media
• Approval of all elements of the written word in creative output
• Collaborate with other creatives, account management, production and media
• Creative, strategic thinking
• Thrive on constructive feedback to improve concepts and writing
• Manage time for multiple projects
• Participate in client presentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Multi National Agency. Middle East expereince is an advantage
• Ability to make writing clear, accurate and compelling
• The ability to motivate and inspire teams by example
• Able to receive feedback warmly and use it as a tool for improvement
• Ability to fully integrate with the Creative, Account Management, Production and Media teams
• As a minimum level a Diploma in a relevant subject area
