The projects have been awarded so the companies are looking for an immediate start. Salaries are negotiable and the roles offer the opportunity to gain invaluable experience.
Requirements:
Responsibilities will include
• Producing cost plans and estimates from draft outline through to target cost.
• Pre-contract tendering for external projects whilst coordinating the bid team.
• Liaising with the client and architects regarding key strategic development issues
• Using Candy Estimating Software to a high standard
