• Duties include but not limited to document filing, preparing internal and external correspondence based on drafts including letters, faxes, meeting agenda and minutes of meeting;
• Managing & updating complex diary schedules,
• Planning events and travel arrangements;
• Composing and screening confidential correspondences,
• Preparing detailed power point presentations,
• Taking dictations wherever needed, maintaining and updating all necessary records, files and database.
-Translating and summarizing material from Arabic to English & vice-versa to ensure effective and efficient communication on a professional level.
• Arranging visitors schedule & potentially acting as interpreter;
• Making and receiving telephone calls/faxes & distribution,
• Organizing meetings,
• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, distribution & follow up.
• To handle all administrative activities of executive director/general Manager
-To handle correspondences, communications, applications, weekly schedules, coordinate complex travel and hotel arrangement
• To handle all offices requirements
• To maintain business confidentiality
Skills
The candidates must have outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic, strong computer literacy, especially advanced knowledge of MS Office
Typing speed 60 wpm and shorthand (would be an advantage)
The candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and must be able to work tight deadlines with handling varied work load.
Translating and summarizing material from Arabic to English & vice-versa to ensure effective and efficient communication on a
professional level.
Graduate in Commerce / Business administration with a Secretarial Diploma
