• Reporting to Shared Services VP
• Determines guidelines for and negotiates terms and conditions of Design, constructions, facility and service contracts, leases, and related financial agreements; evaluates Request for Proposals (RFPs); awards and monitors related contracts, and ensures that contracts integrate with stated department goals; and resolves contract disputes.
• Plans, directs and supervises facility management services including building and facility operating systems maintenance, repair and improvement, custodial services and security operations;
• Recommends operating methods and equipment to maximize cost savings, service quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years in similar position preferably with major organizations
• Experience within a Supply Chain/ Manufacturing/ Logistics company would be ideal
• Experience within a Medical Supplies or Pharma company a bonus
• Bachelor Degree (Minimum), Civil Engineering is preferred MBA is a plus
• Team player, and very good management skills
• Computer literate with very good command of English/ Arabic
