Our client is one of the world's most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require a Facilities Manager to look after some of their very prestigious commercial buildings.

The correct candidate for this role will have extensive experience of managing both the hard and soft services within a complex commercial office building, with full experience of dealing with sub contractors, tenants and clients and working to SLA's.

Requirements:
The right candidate for this role must possess the following:

Minimum of 3 years work experience in UAE/ GCC
Degree/ Diploma Holder
Minimum of 6 years management experience
Knowledge of Middle East Facilities Management market is preferred
