Our client is one of the world's most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require a facilities manager to look after some of their very prestigious commercial & residential buildings.

The Right Candidate will have experience in handling large properties, working with large open areas such as Marinas, water parks & retail outlets. Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East Experience although not essential.

Requirements:
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years work experience within the GCC facilities management market.

Candidate will possess a Degree or Diploma

A minimum of 6 years management experience.
