Our client is one of the world's most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require a facilities manager to look after some of their very prestigious residential buildings.
The correct candidate for this role will have previous experience working for a recognized international property / facilities management company, and will be experienced in Residential property.
Requirements:
The right candidate will meet the following requirements in order to be successful:
Minimum 3 years work experience in the GCC.
Degree/ Diploma holder.
Minimum of 7years management experience.
Arabic speaking candidates preferred but not essential.
